Sloppy Joes

Cook and drain the grease from:

1          -           pound              ground beef (drained and rinsed)

Add:

1          -           -                       onion - finely chopped

-           1/8       -                       mustard

-           1/16     cup                  vinegar

-           1/16     cup                  sugar

1          -           cup                  catsup

-           -           -                       salt

A)  Mix all ingredients and cook slowly until thick.

B)  Serve on buns.

Yield:  8 servings
